Our Workout

Our X-Former based method focuses on building strength and endurance using a high intensity - low impact method. We create intentional movements, while controlling exercise tempo and spend extended time under tension — building lasting results. We believe true strength is built with precision.

Each 50 minute class is expertly programmed to deliver a well-rounded, full body workout. With advanced knowledge of the machine, our instructors provide precise cueing and hands-on adjustments to ensure proper form, optimal activation, and results that translate beyond the studio.
